Additional Room With an Unspecified Purpose

The St Marys Journal Argus has printed the plans for the proposed St Marys Arena Expansion. It includes an additional room with an unspecified purpose.

You would think the architect Bob Prince of Garwood-Jones and Hanham would know the purpose of every room. The architectural firm was paid $114,000 in November 2005 and another $10,000 in January 2006.
